Originally from Mexico City, Eric is a composer, author, and professor at the Faculty of Music of the Universidad Michoacana.
For 25 years, he dedicated himself to Christian music, collaborating with internationally recognized artists—including Latin Grammy winners and nominees—in production, recording, composition, and performance.
But after decades in the industry, Eric saw the truth: The system wasn't broken by accident. It was designed to exploit artists.
In 2023, he published "La industria de la música en punto de inflexión" (The Music Industry at a Turning Point), exposing how the Big 3 labels maintain their monopoly through outdated laws and predatory contracts.
His upcoming book, "The Last Call" (2025), goes even deeper—revealing the racist origins of the Payola Law and how it's still used today to keep independent artists from succeeding.
Eric pursued professional music studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Universidad Michoacana, the Conservatorio de las Rosas, CCDMAC in Durango, and Berklee College of Music in Boston.
He's also a psychologist and developer of Conscious Integration Theory® (2025), which explores human intelligence as the creator of balanced relationships among mind, body, and environment.
Today, Eric is a member of MUSIC REVOLT (formerly Artists World Alliance) and co-founder of MUSIC2020—fighting to give artists the tools and knowledge they need to break free from the system.
